Allwood Solvalla is a garden house kit made from high quality solid Nordic wood. This timeless design is an alternative to classic log cabin styled structures. It works well in a variety of surroundings and can be a guest house, home office, pool house, granny flat, or even a small retail space. It was originally designed as an extension of the kitchen for outdoor entertaining. Versatile Solvalla can also be set up on rooftops of multi story buildings. Assembly of this solid wood structure takes about 3-4 days with two very handy adults. Directions in the form of numbered drawings come with the kit and only minimal tools are needed. The unique design of Solvalla actually consists two separate 86 sqf. sections and in many locales permits are not needed for structures smaller than 100 sqf. We recommend  checking with your local building authority as to whether this will apply in your area. Please note you cannot switch the right and left sections so they must be assembled as shown.  The lighting and furnishings in the photo are not included and are design suggestions only. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states and there is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer.
