Allwood Claudia 90 is a high quality cottage style wood cabin kit made of solid Nordic spruce. This Claudia version comes with a couple of improvements vs. our standard Claudia model.  First, while the standard Claudia's snow load capacity is 45 lbs / sqf, Claudia 90 comes with bigger purlins which double the snow load capacity to an impressive 90 lbs / sqf. Claudia 90 also has a 4" taller door than the standard Claudia model. Claudia's popular design with windows on 3 walls allows abundant natural light inside. Model Claudia is an ideal choice for a pool house, summer house, family guest house, granny flat, separate home office and even as a stand alone retail building. And now also as your ski chalet. With the dual tongue and groove WindBlock wall planks, in most climate zones the only extra insulation needed is subflooring plywood under the flooring planks and thermal panels between the ceiling boards and the roofing. Assembly of this solid wood cabin takes about 4 days with two handy adults. Do it yourself instructions come with the kit in the form of numbered drawings and a corresponding parts list.. Only minimal tools are needed.
