Care & Finishing Guidelines

Important: To prevent warping or cupping caused by humidity shifts, seal all surfaces and edges within 48 hours of opening the package.

• For Food Prep & Kitchen Islands: Apply 3–4 coats of food-safe mineral oil or natural butcher block wax. Reapply periodically as the wood dries.

• For Desks & Workbenches: Apply polyurethane, lacquers, or oil-based varnishes to create a durable, spill-resistant barrier.

• Unpacking Tip: Store the panel flat in a climate-controlled environment prior to finishing.

  FAQ: Can I order a custom size?

  ANSWER: Yes! Simply order the next bigger standard item and request it to be cut to your custom size. In case of 32" x 68" (for instance), you would order size 36" x 72" and ask it to be cut to 32" x 68" size.

  Please note that custom size orders are not returnable for refund or credit unless they are delivered in damaged condition. In which case we will gladly send you a replacement.
