After 10 years on the market, our popular Arlanda XL has been redesigned and became model "XL2."  Among other changes, it now has a double door on the long wall which allows for larger decor and furniture pieces to be moved in  and ventilation if you add your own screens. This timeless urban design is an alternative to classic log cabin styled structures and is made of beautiful solid Nordic spruce wood. It works well in a variety of surroundings. The XL2 can also be set up on rooftops of multi story buildings. It can be used for a vacation home, guest house, ADU, or home office.  Assembly of this product takes about 4-5 days with two handy adults. Directions come with the kit in the form of numbered drawings and only minimal tools are needed. Please note that we only ship to the contiguous 48 states. There is an additional delivery fee which cannot be added in the shopping cart. This must be paid separately by phone and depends on your zip code. Payments by credit card are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. Lastly, any required ferry trips or difficult terrain are the full responsibility of the buyer. Wood comes in natural untreated color only. Images are suggestions for paint/stain options.
